Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original prehistoric-themed packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our excavation site.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
